![]() There is no reason anyone should be driving a car bought brand new, now has less then 40k miles on it in silence. Their appointment schedule was just full. It’s worth it to just make the drive to Murfreesboro. The vehicle is under warranty that they claim to not be able to see, but even so in the end paying $150 or more for a problem they don’t know how to fix is ridiculous. They have no clue how to fix the Nissan connect radio, and going on almost 3 hours, still no answers. ![]() I literally had to walk in the shop and show him what it was doing… they still claim nothing is wrong with my brakes, although EVERYONE hears them grinding (but it’s okay because my advisor didn’t hear it) and decided to move on to the next issue, the radio. After waiting an hour before my car even was looked at (I watched) the service advisor says nothing is wrong with either. ![]() I brought my vehicle here for service with my brakes and my radio not working. We work with a variety of lenders to find the best options available to our customers. We then asked the bank how we could get your payments to $450 a month and were told that a $5,000 down payment would lower your monthly payments to $450. The lender that approved you for the vehicle stated that a down payment of $1,500 would set your payments at $570 a month. When we submitted your information to the banks for approval, they set the terms of the offered loan. I am so sorry you did not have a positive experience at our dealership!
